**Job Title: Factory Stores Supervisor**

**Location**: Machennahalli - 3rd Cross
**Department**: Stores & Inventory
**Experience**: 1-3 years (freshers dont apply)

**Job Summary**
- Maintain correct stock levels and update inventory records regularly as a **Factory Stores Supervisor**.
- Make sure all incoming and outgoing materials are properly recorded.
- Enter daily stock details in Excel and keep reports updated.
- Check material movement and inform the team when stock is low.
- Coordinate with the production and purchase teams for material needs as part of the **Factory Stores Supervisor** role.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well organized at all times.
- Do physical stock checking regularly and match it with records.
- Track daily material usage, wastage, and returned items.
- Receive materials from suppliers and check quantity and quality as per documents.
- Prepare GRN, stock reports, and other store documents required by the **Factory Stores Supervisor**.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in store or inventory work is preferred for a **Factory Stores Supervisor**.
- Must know how to use Excel for data entry and basic formulas.
- Should maintain proper records and follow company procedures.
- Must speak Kannada.
- Must have a two-wheeler for store-related work.
- Should be careful, organized, and pay attention to details.
- Must be willing to work in a factory environment.
