**Experience Requirements**:
∎ 5-10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Plastic Industries, Plastic Product Sales, PP Woven Bag sales and marketing
**Responsibilities**:
∎ Ability to meet the monthly and yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Customer visit according to proper sales plan
∎ Prepare daily individual sales & collection report.
∎ Prepare individual target achievement progress report
∎ Sourcing new customer
∎ Identify new business opportunity
∎ Ability to market research & provide feedback
∎ Ability to analyze the competitor
∎ Ability to initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
**Additional Requirements**:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong Leadership & Communication Skill
∎ Should have excellent language proficiency in English,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
∎ Must be able to handle the market and possess strong confidence to achieve sales target.
∎ Must have strong personality, positive attitude and data management ability to prioritize task.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary will negotiable depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired.
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ As per company policies
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
