Designation: Digital Marketing Intern (Full Time)

Reporting to: AVP Business

Background

Care24 is one of India’s leading Home Healthcare companies, currently serving in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. We have the largest market share in the Attendant category in the organized market, currently serving 800 Patients per day across Mumbai and Delhi.Care24 primarily deals with four home health care services: Attendant, Nurse, Doctor Visits and Physiotherapy. Now that we have reached to a significant market share, along with growth we are reviewing our marketing strategies and processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Acquire customers across multiple digital and offline platforms
- Design, build, test and implement new campaigns with the team
- Measure all acquisition methods end to end and work into presales and post sales
- Paid PPC on Google SEM, Google Shopping, Bing and other paid marketing channels
- Test campaign and experiment with new and innovative ideas
- Using, learning and developing a deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation
- Focused on conversion rate optimisation best practices and rapidly implementing
- Influence every aspect of the strategy, manage the execution, from the construction of

the proposition, the channel of delivery, messaging and customer segmentation and

targeting.
- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customers and their needs, and

optimizing the acquisition channels for high growth.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining and a highly metrics driven approach
- Utilizing the metrics approach to build multiple campaigns daily, testing and growing

the database
- Focused on growth hacking through a methodical, focused testing approach.
- Keeping abreast with the latest news in growth hacking and the psychology of a

customer

**Compensation**:

- Monthly Stipend: 10K
- Placement Opportunity

**Terms**:

- Minimum duration: 2 months
- Previous work experience into projects will be preferred
- 6 days working (9 hours including break)
- All Sundays off and second and fourth Saturdays off.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
