Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately transcribe dictated reports of Radiologists for all modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, and Echocardiography).
- Ensure reports are free of grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors while maintaining medical accuracy.
- Format and finalize radiology reports as per institutional and NABH/AERB guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient data and adhere to HIPAA/institutional data protection policies.
- Work closely with Radiologists and technical staff to clarify dictations, abbreviations, and unclear medical terminology.
- Manage timely completion and submission of patient reports to ensure smooth workflow and patient care delivery.
- Assist in maintaining standardized templates and report formats across all radiology modalities.
- Ensure archiving and digital record-keeping of completed reports.
- Willingness to work across all sections of Radiology as per departmental needs.
