AS International is seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to spearhead our online marketplace strategy. You will be responsible for managing our presence on leading platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, GeM, ONDC, and others, ensuring seamless product listings, optimized campaigns, and maximized sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage product listings across various online marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, GeM, ONDC, etc.)
- Implement strategies to optimize product listings for increased visibility and search ranking.
- Run and analyze marketplace advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and maintain competitive pricing strategies across platforms.
- Process orders efficiently and ensure timely customer fulfillment.
- Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on evolving marketplace policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with online marketplaces (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of marketplace seller tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
