**Project description**:
IT Database Analyst Hands-on exposure of Technology Lifecycle Management / Migration of Databases to latest vendor supported versions, Implementation & Configuration of Oracle & MySQL database, Implement HA/DR solution and Backup/Recovery strategy, Database Migration /Upgrade Experience on Oracle Exadata, Ability to automate repeatable tasks, Support problem resolution; participate and advise in requirement gathering phase, Ability to identify & perform Performance tuning as part of the migration, Participate in product evaluations, design review session, data requirement meetings.

**Responsibilities**:
Implementation & Configuration of Oracle database

Implement HA/DR solution and Backup/Recovery strategy.

Database Migration / Upgrade Experience on Oracle Exadata

Ability to automate repeatable tasks.

Support problem resolution; participate and advise in requirement gathering phase.

Ability to identify & perform Performance tuning as part of the migration.

Participate in product evaluations, design review session, data requirement meetings.

Open to work in extended shifts for productions releases i.e., during US daytime hours / weekends

**Skills**:
Must have

5 years of experience as oracle DBA

Oracle, oracle Exadata, Migration of databases

Nice to have

Other Databases, knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (ITIL)
