**Job Description (Fitter and Electrician)**

As an ITI Fitter/Electrician specializing in Home Appliances Assembly, your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of various home appliances, such as washing machines, fans, smart televisions, mixer grinders and other electronic devices. Your role involves working in a team to assemble, install, and test components, ensuring that the final product meets quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assembly of Home Appliances**:

- Read and interpret assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and schematics.
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of assembled parts.
- Electrical Wiring and Connection:

- Perform electrical wiring and connections for home appliances, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during assembly.
- Connect and test electronic components to ensure proper functioning.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues during the assembly process.
- Conduct tests and measurements to verify the functionality and safety of the assembled appliances.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members, including engineers, quality control, and production staff, to achieve efficient assembly processes.
- Provide feedback on design and assembly processes to improve product quality and efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Background**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter or Electrician trade.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in assembling home appliances is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and assembly processes.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

**Electrical Knowledge**:

- Understanding of electrical systems and components used in home appliances.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

**Teamwork**:

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**:

- 7,000-10,000p.m

**Location**:

- New Raipur

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
