**Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing architectural firm. The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of senior architects and project managers to assist in all stages of architectural projects from inception through completion. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and prepare drawings, models, and images using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- **Project Support**: Assist in the preparation of project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations. Analyze site conditions and constraints to inform design decisions.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings and presentations. Address client concerns and incorporate feedback into project designs.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with industry trends, standards, and practices. Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an architectural firm or similar environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
