**Role & responsibilities**

**Brand Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy for dhotis and shirts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all advertising platforms and materials.
- Identify market trends and consumer behavior to align product offerings and messaging.

**Advertising Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute creative advertising campaigns for dhotis and shirts across various media channels (social media, print, digital, TV, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad content (videos, graphics, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitors, and market gaps.
- Use insights to develop targeted advertisements and promotions that appeal to the right audience.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align branding and advertising with product launches and collections.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the advertising budget to ensure cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
- Track ROI on advertising spend and optimize for maximum impact.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze the effectiveness of advertising efforts and provide regular reports on KPIs, including brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate and improve campaign performance.

**Brand Awareness & Positioning**:

- Increase brand awareness and drive consumer preference for our dhotis and shirts.
- Position the brand as a leader in fashion, highlighting the uniqueness of dhotis and shirts through storytelling.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in branding, advertising, or marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer psychology.
- Proven track record in developing successful advertising campaigns.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Creativity and a passion for fashion with an eye for trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
