Overview:

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Define and implement technical strategies and best practices for Java projects, leveraging Spring Boot, microservices, Neo4j, containerization, CI/CD, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Review code quality and provide feedback to team members.
Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks related to Spring Boot, microservices, Neo4j, containerization, CI/CD, and end-to-end testing.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for Spring Boot, microservices, Neo4j, containerization, CI/CD, and end-to-end testing.
Stay updated on the latest Java technologies, Spring Boot frameworks, microservices trends, Neo4j features, containerization best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and standards for Spring Boot, microservices, Neo4j, containerization, CI/CD, and end-to-end testing.

**Requirements**:
8 to 10 yrs of experience in java development
- Technical Skills:
- Strong Java development skills with a focus on Spring Boot and microservices.
- Experience with Neo4j graph database.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with end-to-end testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Soft Skills:
- Technical leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with reactive programming and frameworks like Spring WebFlux.
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka).
