As a Senior Tech Lead in Integration Level SiL Testing, you will be responsible for leading complex projects focused on ECU virtualization and embedded automotive software. This role requires strong expertise in developing, deploying, and optimizing integration tests at the SiL level, bridging software domains across embedded systems, and implementing virtualization processes for effective ECU and bus simulation. Your primary focus will be guiding a team to ensure successful integration of automotive functionalities across a virtualized setup, contributing to testing, validation, and diagnostics processes
- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SiL integration testing strategies, ensuring high-quality virtualization of ECUs and communication protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet).
- Project Management: Oversee the technical aspects of project planning, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management.
- Embedded Software Development: Guide development and integration processes using Embedded C++ with adherence to AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive) standards.
- Virtualization & FMU Creation: Spearhead initiatives for Functional Mock-up Units (FMUs) creation and utilization within virtual setups, enabling simulation accuracy and efficiency.
- Tools & Process Implementation: Utilize dSPACE and other tools to build and maintain robust virtualization environments, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Architecture & Systems Thinking: Provide insights into microcontroller and microprocessor architecture, driving system-wide understanding to facilitate efficient integration.
- Standard Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards like OSEK and POSIX in development and testing processes.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
