1. Perform incoming inspection, in-process inspection & final inspection and record the results in SAP.

2. Coordinating with purchase, store, and production team for timely updates of material specifications.

3. Handling equipment calibrations and maintaining records.

4. Handling customer related documents and review customer requirements and make sure they are met.

5. Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

6. Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.

7. Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures as per ISO.

8. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.

9. Review existing procedures and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.

10. Train and manage a quality team and update the customer related documents to internal stake holders.

11. Handling customer complaints and resolve the issue by identifying proper root cause using 8D, CAPA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
