**Hiring for Campus and Field Sourcing Executive**

**Minimum Qualifications-**
- Minimum Graduate
- Leadership experience with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.

**Key Responsibilities-**

**Operational-**
- Ensure the timely collection and maintenance of necessary documents from employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records for all employees.
- Share monthly attendance reports with the Key Account Manager (KAM) in a timely manner, facilitating the payroll process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and innovative sourcing methods.

**Financial**

Ensure adherence to policies and processes

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
