**A Day in your life**
- Own & drive the hiring process with speed and accuracy, ensuring strong pipeline management.
- Maintain and analyze hiring dashboards to track recruitment effi ciency and impact.
- Ensure quality over quantity—hiring for skill, cultural fi t, and long-term success rather than body shopping.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refi ne job descriptions and hiring criteria.

**Skills In Spotlight**
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Data-driven mindset—comfortable with tracking hiring metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for hiring the right talent, not just fi lling seats.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
