**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a talented **3D Event Designer (Senior/Mid-Level Artist)** to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will play a key part in designing immersive and interactive event experiences that captivate and engage audiences. Your creative expertise in tools like Maya, Blender, KeyShot, 3ds Max, and V-Ray will be crucial in crafting high-quality event designs that meet our clients’ vision and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Execution**:

- Conceptualize and create 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and customer experience centers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Use tools like Maya, Blender, KeyShot, 3ds Max, and V-Ray to develop high-quality visuals, mockups, and renders.
- Design engaging and interactive experiences that resonate with the intended audience.
- **Event Planning & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the project management and client-facing teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with architects, graphic designers, and other team members to deliver cohesive designs.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the development of design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Address technical challenges in design execution and recommend efficient solutions.
- **Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in event design and 3D technology to enhance the creative process.
- Continuously refine workflows and experiment with new techniques to deliver exceptional results.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Present designs and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize proposals.
- Provide technical support and expertise during on-site event execution when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Design, Marketing, Animation, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- Mid-Level: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in 3D design for events or related fields.
- Senior Level: 7+ years of proven experience in 3D design and event-related projects.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Maya, Blender, KeyShot, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and additional design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of 3D rendering, modeling, texturing, and lighting techniques.
- **Creative Skills**:

- Exceptional sense of composition, aesthetics, and storytelling in event design.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt designs based on specific themes or cultural contexts.
- **Professional Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
