Loan Collections:
Contacting borrowers to collect repayments according to the loan schedule.

Tracking overdue payments and following up with delinquents.

Negotiating and establishing realistic repayment plans with borrowers facing difficulties.

Collecting payments in person or via designated channels.

Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and payments received.

Customer Interaction:
Communicating professionally and courteously with borrowers, even in challenging situations.

Understanding the borrower's circumstances and demonstrating empathy.

Educating borrowers on the importance of timely repayments and financial responsibility.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
