Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist in planning and coordinating examinations, including preparing schedules, seating arrangements, and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
Support the administrative team in organizing meetings, maintaining records, and other general tasks.
Ensure office supplies are maintained and assist in procurement when needed.
Provide support to staff, faculty, and students as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
