This is a full-time role for Procurement Associate at Agnikul Cosmos Private Limited located in Chennai. The individual will be managing all aspects of the company's procurement process including understanding and projecting technical requirements, finding suitable suppliers, negotiating deals/contracts, following up the payments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services and recording all relevant documentation. The individual will also be responsible for developing procurement strategies.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.

Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field (preferred).

**Preferred skills and experience**
- Strong knowledge of purchasing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proven experience in supplier identification, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
- Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs and lead times.
- Experience of 0-10 years.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
