We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your main goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and convince them to take the desired action.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases
- Introduce company products/services to prospects and explain their features and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns raised by customers
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat business
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus
