The Product Listing Specialist will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, inventory, and customer service, to ensure that product information is accurate and up-to-date. *Responsibilities: " CANDIDATES MUST BE CAPABLE TO GENERATE POTANTIAL LEADS and* *Experience as a GeM/Tender Operator Must "* *Product Data Management:* - Create and update product listings on the e-commerce platform with accurate and comprehensive product information. - Ensure that all product details, including descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing, are up-to-date and in line with the company's standards. *Content Optimization:* - Optimize product listings for search engines and online visibility. - Craft compelling and engaging product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance product appeal and customer understanding. *Quality Assurance:* - Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information. - Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are accurately reflected on the platform. *Cross-Functional Collaboration:* - Work closely with the marketing team to align product listings with promotional campaigns and strategies. - Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to product information. *Market Research:* - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor product listings, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations for product presentation. *Data Analysis:* - Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for improving product listings and sales. *Continuous Improvement:* - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in product listing management. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in product listing management within an e-commerce environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices. - Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Day shift Experience: - E-commerce: 3 years (required) - GeM/ Tender: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
