**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, icons, and illustrations using **Canva** and other design tools.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user needs.
- Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms and experiences.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analytics.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in **Figma**, **Canva**, and **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in design decisions.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or other design/animation software.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and developer hand-off processes.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
