**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure implementation of NEP-aligned curriculum with a focus on integrated academics and competitive preparation (JEE/NEET/Foundation).
- Promote inquiry-based learning, innovation, and excellence in teaching.
- Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, compliance, and school infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Physics Wallah’s central academic and operations teams.
- Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of teachers.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development.
- Oversee academic, co-curricular, and character-building initiatives.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students.
- Build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the local community.
- Maintain transparency through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.

**Eligibility Criteria**

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree (preferably in Education/Science/Mathematics/English).
- B.Ed. or equivalent degree is mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8-15 years in the education sector with at least 4-8 years in a leadership role.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities
- Passion for academic innovation and student-centric learning
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curriculum and NEP guidelines
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern school management systems

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
