**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Curriculum and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with pre-primary learning objectives.
- Teach foundational skills such as alphabet recognition, phonics, basic counting, and pre-writing skills.
- Incorporate creative activities such as art, storytelling, music, and play to engage children.
- Encourage exploration and curiosity through hands-on and experiential learning.

2. **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Establish daily routines to promote a structured and predictable learning experience.
- Address individual learning needs, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.
- Promote positive behavior through reinforcement techniques and conflict resolution strategies.

3. **Child Development**:

- Observe children’s development and assess progress in areas such as fine and gross motor skills, communication, and social behavior.
- Identify and address developmental delays or learning challenges, collaborating with parents and specialists as needed.
- Support children’s emotional growth by fostering independence, confidence, and resilience.

4. **Parental Involvement**:

- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and well-being.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to discuss milestones and any concerns.
- Provide guidance to parents on how they can support their child’s learning at home.

5. **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure effective classroom management.
- Work with other pre-primary teachers to share best practices and ensure consistency in teaching approaches.
- Participate in school-wide events, workshops, and training sessions.

6. **Health and Safety**:

- Supervise children to ensure their safety during classroom activities, playtime, and meal breaks.
- Adhere to hygiene standards and health protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and respond calmly to emergencies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
