Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled PLC Ladder Logic Programmer to join our team. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for understanding, designing, developing, and implementing ladder logic programs for industrial control systems. If you have some background in PLC programming and a passion for innovative solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and test ladder logic programs for PLCs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug PLC programs to resolve issues and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for PLC programs and projects
- Ensure compliance with project deliverables and company protocols

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or a Diploma or an ITI
- Some knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, etc)
- Experience with PLC hardware and software platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
- Decent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
