**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Regularly issue internal reports on billing performance to management.
- Prepare and analyze reports on billing and payment activities.
- Ensure compliance with billing practices and internal processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in medical billing, charge entry, payment posting, and auditing.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, billing codes, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience in ophthalmology and chiropractic billing is highly desirable.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
