Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that support our sales team and drive business growth. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team to plan, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and events in targeted regions. Your ultimate goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective marketing plans to meet sales goals.
- Identify and attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Plan and execute engaging in-person and virtual events, including seminars, webinars, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and manage local marketing campaigns that effectively target potential customers and drive engagement.
- Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product marketing, creative, and digital marketing, to develop marketing materials and content.

Qualifications:

- any Bachelor's degree in marketing, or diploma with related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing and event planning.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute and analyze marketing campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.
