**About the role**

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for various stages of content development as per specified guidelines and timelines, ranging from actual writing of content, to assigning development and reviewing it. We are looking for someone who feels excited about:
✔ Making the Maths content relevant and fun for students and teachers
✔ Working with a tightly-knit team of passionate people to deliver the best within limited time **Qualifications Required**:
1. Graduate/Post Graduate in Maths/Engineering
2. B.Ed. would be a plus

**Experience Required**:
3. 2-4 years of Maths teaching (preferably in primary Grades 1-5 classroom) and/or content development for primary grades

**Knowledge Required**:
✔ Understanding of different pedagogical methods, Bloom’s Taxonomy and curriculum frameworks including NCF and quality standards

✔ Exposure to primary curriculum (knowledge of SSC, CBSE, ICSE education board content) and related products available in the market

✔ Exposure to the private publishers products in K-12 domain and related products available in the market, developmentally appropriate methods of learning

**Skills Needed**:
Core
✔ Knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, good typing and formatting skills
✔ Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop is beneficial

✔ Good communication skills and a willingness to interact proactively with in-house and virtual colleagues

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
