We’re looking for a talented **WordPress Designer** to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for web design and are skilled in WordPress, we’d love to have you contribute to building impactful, responsive, and creative websites.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and develop websites** using WordPress, focusing on responsive design, user experience (UX), and design best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to create visually appealing, high-performing websites.
- Customize WordPress themes and templates to match client requirements, ensuring they are visually engaging and function smoothly.
- **Maintain and update** existing WordPress websites, ensuring they stay current, functional, and aligned with the latest design trends.
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and widgets for added functionality.
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure the website works across different browsers and devices.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Ensure websites meet web accessibility standards and are optimized for fast load times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as they arise.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven experience** as a WordPress Designer, Developer, or similar role with a portfolio of websites you have designed or developed.
- Strong proficiency with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript**, and PHP.
- In-depth knowledge of **WordPress themes**, plugins, and page builders (such as Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).
- Experience with **responsive design** principles and mobile-first approach.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for website optimization.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX design** principles.
- Experience with **website analytics tools** (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for web design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with version control systems like **Git** is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of **e-commerce platforms** like WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with design tools like **Adobe Photoshop**, **Sketch**, or **Figma**.
