**Responsibility**:
Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of projects in the field of biometrics, identity management and security control such as Law Enforcement System, with support by SME.

**Requirement**:
- Track record in software design, development and deployment of projects.
- Knowledge and hands-on working experience in the following technology areas are essential:

- Experience with creating C++ production code in Windows environment.
- Proficient in NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) coding.
- Proficient in C# coding.
- Web Services, Design Patterns, SQL, HTML/HTML5, XML.
- Strong Technical Skills in some of the following are preferable:

- Visual Studio 2010 (C++ & C#), Visual Studio 2012 (C++ & C#).
- Database experience in MySQL.
- Hands on Technical Skills in some of the following are preferable:

- Socket base client/server programming with VC
- Understanding soap and restful API architecture
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting on network channel
- Cross platform communication

**Others**:

- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy.
