**ORACLE HCM FUNCTIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**: Oracle HCM Functional

**Experience**: 6-15 Years

**Location **:Hyderabad, INDIA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in designing solution approach for Payroll, OTL and Absences, strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication, including the ability to engage key stakeholders, internally and externally at different levels.
- ** Absence Management** - Configuration of Absence Plans, Types, Reasons, experience in writing absence fast formulas, absence elements and integration with payroll.
- ** Oracle Time and Labor** - Ability to configure custom time attributes, layout components, layout sets, HCM groups, entry and processing profiles, writing custom OTL/Payroll Formulas as per requirement and rule templates
- ** Global Payroll - **Strong knowledge on payroll configuration and processes,** **Ability to configure payroll setup, elements, defining balances, writing custom formula logics as per client requirement
- ** Compensation **- Ability to configure workforce compensation plans and individual compensation plan, write compensation formulas as per requirement.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong technical proven experience in writing complex Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absences, Compensation and OTL.
- Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow.
- Working experience in designing UDTs, Lookups Worksheet dynamic columns.
- Hands on experience in writing hcm extracts, creating different type of value sets
