Cinematographer cum Video Editor Job Description

Job description:
This role involves capturing high-quality footage, editing videos to enhance storytelling, and collaborating with the creative team to deliver compelling visual content talented Cinematographer to join our team at India no:1 spa Brand at Coimbatore as a cinematographer at our spa centre you will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals of our facilities, services, and events. You will work closely with our marketing and branding team to create compelling video content that showcases our brand and attracts new customers. You will be required to have experience with professional video equipment, lighting, and editing software. Attention to detail and the ability to work creatively and independently is a must. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our videos are consistent with our brand guidelines and tone. This is a fast-paced role that requires a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience: 5 to 6 Years of relevant industry experience.
- Skills: Cinematography/Video Editing/Script writing/Story telling.

- Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in Cinematography & Film Production.

**Responsibilities**:
Cinematography:

- Capture high-quality video footage for documentaries, promotional videos, and other projects.
- Plan and execute shots to visually communicate the intended message.
- Ensure proper lighting and sound setup for various shooting environments.

Video Editing:

- Edit raw footage to create seamless and visually appealing videos.
- Develop a deep understanding of the content and effectively communicate the intended message through editing.
- Collaborate with the content team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.

Scriptwriting and Storytelling:

- Develop creative and engaging scripts for video projects.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure that the script aligns with the organization s messaging and objectives.
- Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and narrative structure.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Cinematographer and Video Editor, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent scripting and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of studio lighting setup and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
