Ielts Trainer

Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and passionate IELTS Faculty member to join our team. As an IELTS Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality instruction to students preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our students and help them achieve their language proficiency goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS classes to students, focusing on all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the IELTS exam format and criteria.
- Assess students' language proficiency through regular evaluations, mock tests, and providing constructive feedback.
- Track students' progress, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student motivation, engagement, and success.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IELTS examination, incorporating relevant materials and techniques into teaching.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop and enhance curriculum, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS examination format, criteria, and assessment standards.
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation courses, preferably in an academic or language training setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, including advanced proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and techniques to cater to diverse student needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students from different cultural backgrounds.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is an asset.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
