**Media Preparation & Consumption**
- Prepare various microbiological media as per SOPs and maintain accurate media consumption records.

**2. Media Sterilization & Documentation**
- Carry out sterilization processes for media using validated methods and record sterilization details

diligently.

**3. Media Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage the inventory of received and used microbiological media, ensuring proper labeling

and storage.

**4. Growth Promotion Test (GPT) Execution**
- Perform GPT analysis for all prepared media to verify its suitability for microbiological testing.

**5. Autoclave Operation & Monitoring**
- Operate autoclaves for sterilization processes and maintain associated logs and performance records.

**6. Microbiological Analysis**

Conduct routine microbiological testing and maintain accurate records, utilizing instruments such as

weighing balances and water baths.

**7. Instrument Calibration**
- Perform and document calibration of laboratory instruments including weighing balances and water baths

as per defined schedules.

**8. Media Reconciliation**
- Reconcile used and unused media with log records to ensure traceability and inventory control.

**Experience = 1 to 3 years**

**Qualification: B.sc/M.sc**

**Location: Baddi**

Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹351,554.82 per year
