**Actuarial Assistant - Portfolio Monitoring**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Portfolio analysis for the portfolio to meet business and regulatory requirements.- Collate all the required data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleaning, missing value treatment and data transformation to ensure the data set

is ready to be used.- Reconcile premium and claim data with the finance department to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct factor wise One-way / Two-way experience analysis.
- Monitor the product performance in terms of actual v/s expected loss ratio reports.
- Analyze the reports and highlight key issues in a timely manner to management.
- Provide recommendations to the management on the issues highlighted.
- Work with stakeholders to understand any ad hoc requests for portfolio analysis.
- Prepare and publish the reports in a timely manner.
- Review the reports to ensure accuracy of data and calculations.
- Implement the model and generate the required reports on the output, eg: Expected loss ratio

report.- Document the details of the methodology, assumptions, output and the validation of the model

for future reference- Regularly attend training programs to learn new methodologies.
- Stay up to date with the advancements and changes in the industry and the business.
