**Job Title: Accounts Officer**

**Reports To**: Senior Accounts Executive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Transactions**: Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- **Accounts Management**: Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- **Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- **Internal Controls**: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- **Auditing**: Assist in internal and external audits.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate in Commerce.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- **Personal Attributes**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Salary**:

- Up to ₹25,000 per month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
