Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Researching industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for content.

Creating compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action to capture audience attention and drive engagement.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and SEO, to develop content strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.

Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and implementing best practices to improve organic visibility and traffic.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, content formats, and digital marketing techniques to enhance content performance and effectiveness.

Contributing to content planning and ideation sessions to brainstorm new topics, campaigns, and creative concepts.

Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, traffic) to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategy accordingly.

Adhering to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in researching, synthesizing information, and crafting compelling narratives.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content best practices.

Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization).

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and creative expression.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
