**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to promote products or services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Provide detailed explanations of products or services, address customer queries, and resolve concerns.
- Arrange appointments or meetings for sales representatives as needed.
- Conduct customer surveys or gather feedback to enhance products or services.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up efforts and offer support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers or individuals with prior experience as a tele caller or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess persuasive abilities and adept at handling objections effectively.
- Customer-centric with a positive outlook.
- Capable of working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in sales or communication is a plus).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
