Ahana Gautam is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.

1. Should have experience of fmcg sales in the mentioned geography

2. Should have relationships with retailers and wholesalers that can be used to build the business

3. Should be able to appoint, nurture and grow distributors and channel partners

4. Should be able to plan sales and execute in the market to deliver targets

5. Experience of building new brands in GT would be preferred

Required Experience

Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in FMCG Field Sales

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
