Site Supervisor

Position Title: Site Supervisor

Reporting to: Project Manager / Operations Head

Location: Project Sites (Interior and Exterior)

Purpose of the Role:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site,

ensuring that projects are executed according to plans, timelines, and quality standards. This role

involves coordinating between project managers, labor, and contractors while maintaining safety,

managing resources efficiently, and maintaining accurate site documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution:
Supervise and monitor all site activities, ensuring they are completed according to the project plan

and design.

Ensure proper implementation of materials (e.g., ACP panels, interior finishes) and workmanship

meets the required quality standards.

Assist with space planning and layout adjustments as needed during project execution.

2. Labor and Contractor Management:
Coordinate with and oversee subcontractors and laborers working on-site.

Manage daily workforce schedules, ensuring labor efficiency and productivity.

Resolve any conflicts or issues between site workers and ensure smooth workflow.

3. Health & Safety:
Enforce safety regulations, ensuring all workers are wearing appropriate gear and following safety

protocols.

Conduct safety briefings and regular inspections to mitigate risks on-site.

4. Quality Control:
Monitor and inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
Identify and resolve any issues related to materials or workmanship, escalating when necessary.
Conduct final quality checks before handing over completed work for client inspection.
5. Resource Management:
Track and manage the delivery and use of construction materials to prevent wastage or delays.
Ensure that all tools and equipment on-site are properly maintained and accounted for.
6. Documentation:
Daily Logs: Maintain daily logs of site activities, including work completed, workforce details,
material deliveries, and any issues encountered.
Incident Reports: Document any accidents, injuries, or safety violations that occur on-site and ensure
corrective actions are implemented.
Inspection Reports: Record results of daily inspections on work quality and safety, documenting any
deviations from the plan and the steps taken to address them.
Attendance Sheets: Keep accurate records of worker attendance, shift hours, and productivity to
track workforce management.
Material Usage Reports: Maintain records of material deliveries and usage on-site, tracking
inventory levels and any discrepancies.
Project Progress Reports: Compile weekly reports to summarize site progress, completed milestones,
delays, and other significant developments for review by the project manager and clients.
7. Communication & Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager, highlighting accomplishments,
challenges, and any necessary adjustments.
Liaise with the design team for clarifications, changes, or approvals regarding site modifications
Escalate significant issues (delays, budget overruns, etc.) promptly to upper management.

8. Client Interaction:
Occasionally meet clients on-site to address questions or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction with ongoing work. Provide updates to clients (if required) on site progress, completion timelines, and any potential changes. 9. Time Management: Ensure that all tasks are completed within the project deadlines. Coordinate daily tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and timely completion of deliverables. Key Skills and Competencies: Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead teams, assign tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts. Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality workmanship and that all work aligns with project specifications. Problem Solving: Quickly identifying site issues and developing solutions to keep the project on track. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with workers, management, and clients, as well as maintaining accurate documentation. Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and site activities to ensure timely project completion. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with materials (e.g., ACP, interior design elements), tools, and construction processes. Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and maintaining accurate records and reports, both physical and digital.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
