**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Implement process/tool/equipment modifications to support Engineering Change and Process Change requests at Engine & Genset Test shop
- Create/update manufacturing process documents - PFD, PFMEA, Safety FMEA, Control Plan, Standard Work and Standard Operating Procedures
- Configure and update test cycles in Test Automation Software - AVL PUMA, iASYS Orbit-E / FEV Morphee etc
- Conduct process audit and work with cross functional team to resolve audit findings within stipulated time.
- Conduct Ergonomic Study of test process, identify problems and implement suitable solution to eliminate ergonomic risks.
- Support continuous improvement drive by implementing improvement suggestions received from cross functional team.
- Support cross functional team to analyze engine test failure, identify the root cause using Six Sigma methodology and support for issue resolution.

**Required qualification**:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ of experience is required. Experience in Engine Test is required. Flexibility to work in 1st / 2nd/ 3rd shifts.
