**Job Description for Office Boy:Responsibilities**:

- **Document Handling**:

- Collect and deliver documents, packages, and correspondence between departments.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, and filing documents.
- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms and washroom.
- Help set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, preparing presentations, etc.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Serve beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) to staff and guests.
- Manage stock of office supplies (stationery, pantry items) and report when running low.
- **Clerical Tasks**:

- Assist in organizing office materials and supplies.
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as answering the phone, taking messages, or running small errands.
- **External Tasks**:

- Deliver and pick up parcels, documents, and other items outside the office when needed.
- Assist with banking and bill payments if requested by management.
- **Support to Staff**:

- Offer general support to other employees as required, such as running errands or providing additional help with basic office tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
