- You are part of an international data analytics team with diverse backgrounds, utilizing state-of-art data analytics methods to accelerate Siemens internal digitalization.
- You interact regularly with other data teams across Siemens as a consultant, enabler, and mentor.
- You drive pragmatic approaches to solve complex business problems leveraging your data expertise.
- You design and implement ready-for-production DataOps methods and pipelines improving the way data teams develop, test, and deploy data products. You keep abreast of new products and product improvements and constantly work on innovating and improving our modern data stack.
- You understand cloud-native technologies and platforms.
- You focus your expertise on reusing and automation.
- You leverage collaborative data development tools that let data teams work more effectively.
- Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.

- Experience with data modelling frameworks.
- Data Integration and Data Ingestion expertise.
- Good to have programming skills in SQL and preferably Python.
- Understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and how to establish them.
- Working with major Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and associated warehouses and tools (Snowflake, DBT).
- Very good English skills.
- You are a real team player.
