**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Clinical**
- To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
- To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
- To ensure that all patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical Standards.
- To ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded accurately and at the time the care was delivered
- To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
- To maintain close liaison with other healthcare professionals as appropriate

**Speciality Care**:

- **Basic Assessments /Vital monitoring** - Temperature, Pulse, Respiration, BP, SpO2 Monitoring.

**- Hygienic care**:

- Assist to Bathroom/bed bath, Mouth Care, Bed making
**- Elimination needs**:

- Diaper change, Offering bed pan/urinal, Urine bag empty, Care of Urobag.
- **Nutritional Need**s
- Assist in oral feeding

**- Ambulation and Exercises** -Position change, Assist in Mobilization & ROM exercises.
**- Psychological Support & Diversional therapy.**
**- Oxygen Therapy** -Nasal Cannula/Face Mask.
**- Medication Administration** - Oral Medicine, SC injection, and insertion of Suppositories.
- **Preventive Care** - follow infection control measures, back care.

**Locations: All over India**

**Qualification**:
**Education: ANM**
**Experience: 0-5 yrs of Clinical Activities.**
**Other required Skills**:

- The ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to Good communication well
- The ability to work as a flexible member of the team
- The ability to be motivated and proactive and to respond positively to new challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
