**Position overview**:
allnex invites you to join our dynamic Production team in **Mahad, India** as a **QC Production Operator**. In this role, you will be part of our manufacturing teams who are in charge of all miscellaneous activity related to in-process QC reporting to the shift in-charge. If you are open to learn and grow in the world's leading coatings resins industry, then we count on you to help us ensure safe and reliable operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day QC activities involving the qualification of in-process Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to improve the quality of in-process items in the plant.
- Work along the lines of 5S.
- Following and implementing ISO standards.
- Maintaining documentation and data entry in software.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 1 - 3 years of QC experience in chemicals/coatings resins industry.
- Well-versed in testing procedures.
- Familiar with various types of test methodologies used in process, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Experience in handling instruments used in the resin industry (eg: GC/GPC/FT-IR).
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Willingness to work with his own hands in the lab.
- Adaptability to new tasks and duties.
- Excellent analytical skill.
- Strong team working abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Investigative and logical mind with strong IT skills.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Polymer Science or equivalent.
