**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and engage students in interactive lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
- Design and execute lesson plans in alignment with the institution's academic goals.
- Prepare students for academic and competitive examinations.
- Assess students' performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide individual attention to address diverse learning needs.
- Foster an environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Use innovative teaching tools and techniques, including smart classrooms and digital resources.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- A teaching certification or degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional knowledge and teaching skills are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning engaging.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
