**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized physiotherapy plans.
- Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as required.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Guide junior physiotherapists and support staff in daily operations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on injury prevention and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
