I, Gagandeep Singh began my venture into the Stock Market in 1993 as an individual, having little knowledge about stocks. Gradually, I gained knowledge/insight into the industry and started forging ahead by adding clients and building trustworthy and cordial relations with them. My clients were pleased and lent me their support and also references.

I always had the instinct to do things differently which created many innovations out of me. To quote an example, we were sending instant trade confirmations, automatic rates updates, etc. to our clients through pagers, way back in 1997 when technology was at its very nascent stage. This innovative approach gave us recognition and appreciation by clients.

I worked passionately to achieve my goals and those efforts were blessed by the almighty. I wish to share a few things with all:

- We should work towards your goal as if there’s no tomorrow.
- We should practice human values and success happens automatically and that too, with consolidation.
- It takes much more time to achieve goals when we are working through the right path. Hence lot of patience and confidence is required.
