We are seeking a confident and customer-focused **Telecaller** to join our skin and aesthetics clinic. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups, playing a key role in enhancing the client experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about treatments, offers, or follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries regarding services (e.g., skin treatments, laser, facials, etc.).
- Book appointments and manage the clinic schedule in coordination with the front desk.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and post-treatment care reminders.
- Educate clients about ongoing packages, skin care routines, and clinic promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Tamil].
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge or interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness preferred.
- Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
- Experience in a clinic, salon, or wellness industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Telecalling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Tamil and English (preferred)
