Excellent verbal and written communication skills is an absolute must. Expert in operating system deployment. Have experience with System Center Solutions including Config. Manager (MECM) Have experience with Windows 10 Deployment and Autopilot, Experience in Scripting. Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in SCCM.

- Global deployment of the above Deployment and administration of Microsoft Endpoint Management
- SCCM Intune Intel EMA and Analytics Desktop Analytics App Health PC based deployment solutions such as Autopilot
- In Place Upgrades Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Upgrades and Servicing Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access Windows Defender ATP Microsoft BitLocker.
- Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
- Recommend a solution that aligns with the customers business needs and requirements discuss benefits and risks.
- Windows client deployment imaging experience with Windows 7 Windows 8 and Windows 10 the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and the Microsoft Assessment and Planning tool Identify system problems and recommend solutions to improve processing efficiency and stability.
- Ability to design implement and troubleshoot SCCM environment Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs Intune and or hybrid implementations Assist and improving processes related with day to day SCCM service delivery
- Broad-based Endpoint and client technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts, and technologies
- Windows 10 servicing knowledge.
- 0365 deployment and updates management
- OS in place upgrades and base metal installation
- PXE boot implementation and regular updating if images
- Experience with high performance targets.
- Designing, Planning, Implementing and Managing System Center Configuration Manager.
- Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge on tools such as Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) tools, Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP), Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit (ACT).
- Knowledge on Server/Network Security.
- Knowledge on Azure update management point for vulnerability/Patch manage.
- Must have good scripting knowledge like PowerShell/VBScript/Batch.
- Must have excellent SQL, WQL Query, Reporting and Dashboard.
- Experience with SCCM Disaster recovery.
- Must have knowledge of AD, DNS and DHCP.
