**Overview**:
We are looking for a people operations intern to join our dynamic team, who will assist with day-to-day HR operations, coordinate projects, handle grievances, support recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintain records.

**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- 2. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- 3. Handle complaints and grievance procedures properly.
- 4. Work on staying actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process for full-time positions and internships.
- 5. Assist in employee onboarding.
- 6. Support the people operations lead with projects across recruiting, HR, and culture.
- 7. Maintain employee records.
- 8. Assist in developing and implementing the employer branding strategy.
- 9. Assist in implementing and developing new programs and policies.

**Requirements**:

- 1. Should know MS Excel
- 2. Should know MS Word
- 3. Creative writing

**Who can Apply**:

- 1. Are available for 6 months.

- 3. Work Location - Gurgaon.

**Stipend**: INR 15000 per month
